Breakthrough in Cascade Control Valve Technology, Solving High Pressure Difference Working Condition Dilemma
With the development of modern industry towards high pressure, high temperature and high flow rate, the problem of fluid control under high pressure difference conditions has become increasingly prominent. Cascade control valves adopt a series design of multi-stage throttling units to evenly distribute the total pressure difference, effectively suppressing cavitation, flashing and noise, and have become the core equipment to solve high pressure difference conditions. At present, domestic technology focuses on three major directions: CFD simulation optimization of flow channels, material adaptation for extreme working conditions, and intelligent control integration. The products cover 3–12 stage cascade structures, adapting to working conditions with pressure of 5–70MPa and temperature of -196℃ to 650℃, and are widely used in petrochemical, supercritical thermal power, coal chemical, hydrogen energy and other fields.
